The buyers assumes all knowledge of the gear they purchasing and confirms that he or she has the correct licenses and training to use the gear safely and correctly in a legal manner. He or She also understands the laws in his or her relevant state, country or body for the articles they are purchasing or hiring.
Critical Accessories shall not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, tarrifs or other additional costs. It is up to the buyer to confirm and pay any other relevant fees.
You confirm and agree that you are over the age of 18 and responsible for any knife, Tool, weapon accessories or any laser product sold by us.
Hire of Equipment
Critical Accessories (CA) will provide gear for hire in workable order at time of delivery. In the event that the equipment fails for any reason, CA will not be held responsible.
Shipping & Return Conditions
You confirm that you have read and understood our shipping and return conditions by buying from us.
Billing
If you are paying by Credit Card, you certify that you are the owner of the card and authorise us to bill your card accordingly by any means, whether electronic, manual or other. This includes using other parties such as Paypal, Paymate, Banks and credit unions or any other credit card processing facilty. You also aggree that we may contact you in order to verify your billing and shipping details while we setup or process your credit card payment account on behalf of you using second and third party systems such as Paypal, Paymate, Banks and credit unions or any other credit card processing facilty. You may be charged a 3% fee + .50c for your transaction.
